I got the opportunity to be the part of the 3-day Training of Trainers (TOT) training program organized by Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. Since it was the first time I got the chance to participate in the training organized by NASC and I have heard a lot about the trainings conducted by NASC and their qualities, I was very excited to join the training. The enthusiasm to gain knowledge from the experts of NASC was getting higher as I reached the NASC for the first time.
